Other web 2.0 sites to use are Linkedin, Bebo, and Tumblr just to mention a few. Learning how to utilize these sites can make all the difference whether you make it or not in this industry.
-Paid advertising such as Google adwords, Yahoo, Bing, and banner advertising. These are great methods of generating leads quick to your business and creating quick results to your business. But without proper training, it can get really expensive.
These are just a few ways of marketing online, and I do not recommend that you go wild and do all of them at once. You can go crazy with the information overload and just lose focus. Pick one or two methods that you like and stick with them until you have mastered them and can generate leads consistently everyday.

One of the biggest mistakes that many people who are new to the Agel business is that they don’t train their team properly. Most of the time, Agel distributors assume that they can just get started, recruit a bunch of people and they will automatically start getting huge cheques.
The biggest message you should get from this article is that when you’re training your new Agel distributors, you need to learn to have a balance between personal production and training or you’re not going to achieve dramatic and lasting success with the company.
One of the advantages of the Agel opportunity is there Quadra- compensation plan, and also it being a binary structure, you only have two teams to focus on when you’re building your business. However, just because you only have to build two teams doesn’t mean that you can build an Agel business by only recruiting and training two people. If your team doesn’t see you personally producing, they will stop producing themselves. Let me give you 3 tips that will help you stay on task, and train your Agel team at the same time.
1. Focus majority of your attention on personally sponsoring new Agel distributors. If you’re focused on anything but recruiting, your team will copy you and will not recruit themselves. The first step to training your team is to set an example by producing enough personally.
2. Focus some of your attention on training your new people to get them up and running. If you focus too much of your attention on new people, you won’t have time to be productive in your business, but if you don’t put enough energy into them, they’ll never get the details of the business and they’ll quit before they start. Most of your training should revolve around proven methods to sponsor new distributors, since that is the lifeblood of your whole Agel business.
3. Only focus one percent of your attention on details, and outsource as much as you can to qualified people. This is one of the most important things that leaders do in Agel. They stay focused on production by allowing details to be handled by the company and the customer support team. The only way to stay focused on building a business is to outsource the details to others.
Notice that the greater part of all of the attention I have allocated is towards productive activities that increase your bottom line. You need to focus in Network Marketing if you ever intend on creating long term, residual income, and training your Agel distributors by being productive yourself is no exception to the rule.

Facebook, currently ranked #2 according to Alexa.com, is a new trend online that network marketers can’t ignore. There is no hotter social media site on the world wide web, and you should be taking advantage of it as much as possible. I want to give you some insight and strategies into how I personally use Facebook.  I also want to give you free access to an exclusive webinar that was done by my friend, Jim Chao.

So what is the secret on marketing successfully with Facebook?  Well, it’s simple, socializing. You have to realize that social networks are there to do just that, socialize.  You don’t want to be pestering people with business offers on their Facebook page over and over. It’s annoying and you won’t get anywhere with doing that. Plus I think it’s something called spamming.

 What you really want to be doing on Facebook is just connect with people. Be somewhat of value to them. Offering them something that will benefit them.  So when you are sending them messages, make sure it’s something of beneficial value and not just trying to sell something to them.  By giving something of value, you will be attracting people to look at your business offer without having to even really put it out there. Hence making it their idea to buy whatever it is you are selling.

 Just remember, just like going to a party or gathering of some sort, you don’t just blurt out what you do or start offering your business opportunity to everyone there. Have you ever been attacked by someone with their business opportunity at a party?  I have. It’s not fun. It’s annoying, much in the same way as it is to be spammed on Facebook.

 Here’s a sneak peak on one of the golden nuggets he gave. Whenever I get a new lead, what I do sometimes is I find that person on Facebook and add them as a friend. What this does is it shows that you are a real person and starts a one on one relationship that is crucially needed with social media. This also creates position and in turn increases conversion rates from prospects to buyers.

The great thing of using Facebook is you can update it with new blogs, video, articles, training, or product releases. And it’s a great way to generate free traffic.

I’ve made a lot of new great friends and business partners. It’s all about connecting with them. By spending 30 minutes a day, you can make all the difference in the world in your business. They have created their own streamlined sales funnel follow up autoresponder, different methods to make sure that they are able to  promote products, services, even different opportunities, and be able to profit from different income streams whether that person joins them in their primary business or not.

 Now when I’m talking about a building a list here, I’m not talking about the one that your upline told you to make of your friends and family members, or even the guy who always walks his dog in front of your house. I’m talking about your own prospect list that you build.

What that means is, you need your own follow-up auto-responder where you are collecting and building a database of interested prospects. Name, email address, and sometimes a telephone number. This is a highly qualified list of prospects that you are “Attracting” into your sales funnel where you are now able to stay in touch with them through a follow-up process what is called an email auto-responder.

Second critical point on that is you need to OWN that auto-responder. Do NOT get involved in those system/corporation where they give you an auto-responder. It’s great, you don’t have to pay an extra fee, but the problem is they now own that list of prospects and you don’t.

So if you do ever decide to leave that opportunity or system, all those leads that you generated no longer belong to you.

So make sure you own your leads. Make sure you have your very own auto-responder.

You cannot build an online business without one.

First thing is first…you need a PERSONALIZED website. Your own website. Not a corporate one. You need pics, your story, name, bio etc. A company website is good for giving information, but it serves no purpose when it comes to marketing and attracting prospects, and building a team and a successful downline.

Like many, one of the main reasons I started a home business was to become financially free. But that wasn’t my main goal, or WHY.
Back when I was working as a surveyor, the long hours kept me away from being with the important people in life. I missed out on a lot of activities when my two older children were growing up. When my youngest was born, I didn’t want him to go through the same thing.
Being financially free is great, but our goals should be emotionally tied to dreams. Mine, was to be able to spend more time with my kids and wife.
I’m able to have breakfast with my kids in the morning. I can now spend the time helping out at school when needed. I can travel and go to places without having to ask permission from a ‘boss’ to take a day or a few weeks off.
One of the biggest questions we should ask ourselves, is Why are you here?
We all want to achieve things in life, but you must have a goal and put in the work that is needed to get there. Remember a goal without a timeline is just a wish.
How bad to you want it? The success principal that I follow is BE, DO, HAVE.
Be that person that has accomplished that goal. Do what it takes. In the end you HAVE what you most desire. It all starts on why you your here.
Remember these four things to help you get there.
1. Visualize. Know your why.
2.Commitment. Be consistent in what you are doing that gets you closer to your goal.
3.Mastermind with leaders. Follow their steps. They went through the same thing you are going through.
4. Every leader made a decision to place on the top. You should too.

By emotionally tying your why, you will find that way and work hard to reach your goal.
